Returns

Returns must be returned within 30 days of the ship date received.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your order must be unworn, with no damage, and labels attached. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Email us at support@newdwear.com before you send in a return so we can accommodate accordingly.

Exchanges:
Please email support@newdwear.com with your tracking number and exchange inquiry so one of our customer reps can assist accordingly. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for orders that were not satisfactory. The product must be unworn, with no damage, and labels attached.

You are responsible for shipping prices on all return/exchanges. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, so please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. (Usually 3-5 working days)

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, or internationally, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and any package lost during transit is not our liability.
